I have been working in the sales industry for over 7 years. During this time I have managed to see the hospitality industry from different prospective due to my past and current employment. I have learnt a lot about what it takes to communicate with the customers to the highest standards and pride myself in this knowledge. I am very friendly and patient with the customers and can build a rapport and trust with them. I am an extremely quick learner in a new environment and enjoy all new challenges. My friendly personality allows me to get along with people from different cultures, ages and ethnic backgrounds.
My work ethic is always high and I expect a lot of myself, which often means that I get given more responsibility after any given time in a new job. Past employers consider me to be very reliable, trustworthy and conscientious.
