- performing different types of Testing (functional and non-functional testing of web and desktop App; smoke, critical path and extended testing; exploratory testing); - updating and maintaining Test Documentation (test cases, user scenarios); - assisting with performing Business Analysis; - creating Bug Reports.

- building a business process of financial accounting; - planning budget (PL, CF); - payment processing, interaction with banks on lending issues; - development of draft contracts with European (Lithuania, Latvia) customers, domestic customers. With my participation and under my control, metal products were shipped to Europe in the amount of 400 K €.

- developed and implemented a project within the working group to outsource the collection functions. At the end of 2019, an agreement was signed with the company on outsourcing the collection functions. - organized work and carried out measures to recover distressed debts of individuals; - developed and implemented KPI system for collectors; - analyzed and optimized the business process of recovery, formalized it in a local regulatory document; - developed requirements for automating operational reporting; - directly participated in the development of business and functional requirements for the automation of the debt collection process; - conducted on the user side adaptive testing of the implemented software (BPM on the Pega Rules platform).
