(HR DEPARTMENT) Develop strategies that assess and increase overall organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and process improvements across business units; Development of organizational infrastructure - matrix structure (functional / process); Implementation of the model for measuring and evaluating the impact of the stakeholders (categorization and optimization of financial resources); Implementation models for continuous optimization of employees (from 2,200 to 2,000, ≈10% reduction);

AUDITOR / LEAD AUDITOR FOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND INFORMATION SECURITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (EXTERNAL TECHNICAL EXPERTS - TEMPORARY SERVICE AGREEMENT) Conducting audits, assessment and preparation of reports on the functioning of the Quality Management System and Information Security Management Systems for various companies in the country and the environment (with clearly defined nonconformities and recommendations for improvement of the system/ organization/ processes) - over 15 audits as a team member;

(QUALITY AND DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT) Implementation, monitoring and maintaining the Quality Management System; Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the Quality Management System; Implementation Business Process Model in organization / business process mapping / monitoring key performance indicators (20 KPI’s) / automation of process reporting; Defining goals, planning and control of the results of all branches (30) and business units (138) / reporting on a monthly basis; Automation of work processes; Manage internal quality audits; Determining corrective/preventive measures and monitoring their conducting; Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
