• Organizing and supervising activities of the department consisted of 5 employees; • Writing and maintaining working regulations; • Technical and information support of the holders of plastic cards; • Solving the disputes with customers; • Organization processes to ensure the smooth operation with wide range of banking devices (pos-terminals, ATMs, information kiosks, I-bank, M-bank); • Preparing plans for possible risk situations; • Support of transactions with bank cards; • Providing communication between the various bank departments in carrying of common tasks. Managing bank it-projects: • Planning communications between customer and executor; • Preparing technical specifications; • Preparing project plans; • Allocating and monitoring tasks; • Change request management (prioritization, clarification); • Monitoring of project status, statistics analysis (time spent, scope of project, issues); • Reporting; • Acceptance testing of new products before delivery to production area; • Team management (performance analysis, motivation, attitude in a team);
