Developing test suite for AMD HSA driver verification.

Project Title: Several interconnected projects related to Android RIL, MDM6600 Duration: June 2010 to Dec 2011 Role Sr. Software Developer Project Summary The series of projects aimed at developing vendor Android RIL implementation. Mainly focused on implementing low level RIL requests on AP side and corresponding AT commands on modem side (MDM). Platform Android, Qualcomm MDM Tools C, Shell; GNU toolchain, cygwin; REX, Git. Responsibilities His main responsibility was handling CRs for both Android RIL and Qualcomm MDM modem. He also developed utility to measure performance and stability of 3GPP 0710 MUX and participated in many MUX and spi performance improvement tasks.

Project Title: LiMo TAL Plugin development Duration: Oct 2009 to May 2010 Role Sr. Software Developer, Test Developer & Maintainer Project Summary The project purpose was to develop TAL(Telephony Adaptation Layer) plugin for LiMo platform. Client Consumer Electronics, Russia Tools C, Shell; GNU toolchain, scratchbox, Lauterbach, minicom; Git Responsibilities His responsibility was to ensure full test coverage of API used in TAL. It required to extend an existing LiMo test suite. He also participated in work with CRs.

Project Title: Symbian Application development Duration: June 2009 to July 2009 Role Software Developer Project Summary The project aim was small password-keeper application on Symbian platform. Platform Symbian S60 Tools С++; Carbide.c++ IDE Responsibilities He was one of co-developers of this application.

Project Title: WiMAX ASN Gateway Node prototype Duration: April 2008 to Aug 2008 Role Software Developer Project Summary The project purpose was to develop WiMAX ASN Gateway prototype on linux platform. Platform Linux Tools C/C++, Shell; GNU toolchain, RPM, ethereal, iproute(for GRE tunnelling) Responsibilities His role was to develop Data Path Function component of ASN GW and he also was responsible for setting up demonstration environment. Project Title: Wireless Network simulation Duration: Nov 2008 to March 2009 Project Summary The project purpose was to develop application for simulation of wireless network. Hot spots in this network were able to tune their radiation pattern. Tools Java SE, XML; Swing framework, JAXB, Mathlab, Octave, joPAS Responsibilities He was the lead architecture designer & developer for this project.

Project Title: Video Surveillance System Duration: Feb 2008 to April 2008 Role Software Developer Project summary The project purpose was to develop Video Surveillance System client application in form of an Active X component for Internet Explorer. The Client had the abilities to process several video streams, camera control,etc. Tools C++, C#, HTML, JavaScript; MS Visual Studio Responsibilities He was responsible for core engine performance enhancements and also did the design and implementation of plugin’s JavaScript API bindings.

Linux MXC Baseport Test Applications, Telma. 06/2005 – 02/2008, Role Test Developer & Maintainer Project summary The project purpose was the developing and maintaining linux BSP test suite for variety of ARM hardware platforms (Freescale i.MX and MXC families). Test suite included a variety of tests from common all-system tests (filesystem, network, etc) to component & device drivers tests. Platform Freescale i.MX & MXC family platforms Tools C, Shell, Perl; GNU toolchain, Codewarrior, MontaVista linux; LTP(Linux Test Project) framework, redboot, u-boot, LTIB(Linux Target Image Builder), ClearCase. Responsibilities He participated in development/maintenance of tests for following BSP components: Power Management IC, SSI, SPI, I2C, OSS, USB host, USB gadget, USB OTG linux kernel stack, Belcarra USB OTG, FEC, v4l and FB. On this project he got major experience in embeded linux area: cross compiling, kernel hacking, building rootfs from scratch, partitioning and flashing device.
