Development of a pre-school education platform for children aged 3-7 years. The platform consists of two components - a mobile application for the child and a web platform for the parent. With the help of the developed products, children can learn according to the formed methodological program, and the parent can fully monitor the child's learning process. Two teams participated in the product development process: a development team consisting of 10 people, and a content team responsible for creating a children's education program and filling the children's application with content (illustrations, voiceovers, videos). Main responsibilities: -Preparing User Stories, Use Cases; -Create business documentation and requirements (business, functional, non-finctional); -Visual process modeling (UML, Miro); -Artifacts creation (User Manual, Confluence documentation); -Testing layouts for compliance with documentation requirements (Figma, Confluence); -Change requests management; -Prioritization of project backlogs; -Communication with developer team, setting tasks for the development team (designers, front-end developers); -Writing scenarios and requirements for children's play activities.

Two projects: 1 - Development of a 1C solution from scratch with additional implementation of a 1C mobile application for the Mingas enterprise. Implementation of the possibility of accounting for equipment, its reconciliation, taking readings. The ability to pay and keep records of mobile teams through a mobile application. 2 - Optimization of 1C for the enterprise "BelGosLes". Development of unique classifiers and reporting for the possibility of planning and accounting for the country's forest reserves. Main responsibilities: -Gathering and analysis of the requirements; -Preparing User Sories, Use Cases; -Setting technical tasks for the development team; -Visual process modeling (UML); -Artifacts creation (User Manual, Instructions, SRS); -Testing of completed works; -Change requests management; -Prioritization of project backlogs, -Communication with stackeholders and developer team; -Participating in the demonstration of work performed and the delivery of the project; -Accompanying the customer in the initial stages of working with the system.
