So far I've worked with the same customer, but on 4 different projects using both Scrum and Scrumban approaches: -re-writing existing e-commerce app with newer technologies -bringing improvements to existing e-commerce app -integrating database of daughter company with UI solution of mother company -adjusting UI solution of mother company according to specific user needs of daughter company In these projects I’ve mostly worked with tools such as figma for prototyping and draw.io for creating different diagrams, task management was hosted in Jira and Confluence.

Having worked on different projects in different domains for different types of customers from one founder start-ups to real big established businesses that require software solutions for their needs. Domains that i had experience with: • Industrial equipment maintenance • Freelancers and employers’ mediation platform • Dishes and restaurants guide • Art marketplace • Customer’s feedback gatherer • Deal and discount providing platform As BA i took part in pre-sales activities, but mostly worked on middle to long term projects that company was involved in. including designing more than 6 systems of different complexity from scratch. List of activities that i engaged in daily: • determining and gathering requirements; • writing software functional specifications; • managing product priorities and boundaries; • creating sketches of interfaces in figma; • designing all the changes of the project, integrating new features and improvements into the documentation • team support during the all stages of project; • conducting presentations and system demos; • working on several projects simultaneously.

Transitioning from BA Intern to Junior BA position after successfuly closing the trial period. Beginning work in real ongoing project for big german customer in healthcare industry; investigating current state of affairs, getting to know present documentation for the project, working closely with PM who played PO role, eliciting requirements, recording business goals and understanding vision for the mobile application that is planned as addition to already up and running web-service for this customer. Prototyping user interfaces in Axure, discussing best layouts with designer and programmers depending on OS that mobile app will be used on, creating Vision and Scope and Software Requirements Specification.

Introduction into the Business Analyst role in software development team; studying new fundamental technical knowledge that are necessary for BA work; honing theoretical basis of BA and learning real life cases that correspond with this theoretical knowledge; getting to know classic project management software; observing how team communication is established during daily meetings and how sprint runs are planned and how tasks are prioritized.

Internationally exporting from Belarus, mainly timber to European countries such as Germany, Netherlands, France. Finding new clients, direct b2b sales by phone, bargaining terms of deals, signging contracts, executing customs documents for each shipment, securing transportation by carrier company to the customer. Negotiating reclamations in case of spoilage or any other issues with the product.

I've attended training course that teaches theoretical basics of Business analysis and provides platform to apply newly learned skills and knowledge in practice. Me and colleague from the training group were designated to work on mobile application project for Belarussian Journalists Associaton. Work on which included interview with the customer, determeining all the stakeholders, elicitaton of all their needs and wishes, discussing vision for the application with the customer, forming a Vision & Scope document, Software Requirements Specification and prototype for the application in Axure.

Received the TOEFL English language proficiency certificate. 113 out of 120 possible points. The certificate is used for admission to English-speaking educational institutions, migration, employment.

Due to having experience in sales / hosting meetings and general understanding of business mechanics, having high level english verbal/written skills i was hired specifically for interpreting and assisting in negotiations with potential foreign customer regarding order for the supply of mainframe software. It consisted of 3 stages, with me involved: 1. Initial talks and negotiations with potential buyer, elicitation of his requirements, needs and desires for the required software products and necessary final output levels. Proposing diverse setups and variety of prices based on complexity and novelty of the software, help with selection of optimal programming package. 2. Customization of the software according to client's requirements. 3. Subsequent installation on site onto mainframe, testing, tracing of errors, adapting integration of the software with other existing programs, further support of the installed systems. Throughout the project lifetime i had been involved in different activities: -Establishing effective line of communication with all the partners involved in the business chain -Interpretation of documents/mails/talks online and face-to-face -Helping with execution of all the necessary paper work around the project -Providing suggestions to management during negotiations from my stand point of view regarding the bargain details. Having completed successful business trip overseas to end customer to work at their site during the stage of installation.

International cargo transportation: -Client relations (direct sales by phone and in person at arranged meetings), bargaining the terms and signing contracts. -Securing whole process of safe and swift delivery mostly of refrigerated goods between Europe and CIS countries according to the required standards. -Constantly working in a close contact with number of company's departments including technicians, engineers, drivers, accountants, customs. -Rapidly reacting to continually changing situation during the transportation (direct contact with customs officials at the border and other agents). -Analyzing statistical results of the department weekly under the guidance of the head of the department, looking for ways to improve the output compared to competitors.
