Project: HR database manager. The goal of this project was to develop a system for the management of personal data in HR department of the company. My Responsibility includes a complete application development cycle, from requirements gathering and developer search , to the acceptance of the work, staff training and implementation of the system in operation. Project: Company Portal The goal of the project was full migration of the old website to a new platform with a good capacity for the future improvements. My role on this project included direct portal development on the front-end using portal APIs with jQuery, development of portlets, as well as configuration of the server environment. Project: Consultants work planning and report process It was a custom workflow system for company’s consultants. Pure BPM project, which I completely developed, from design to implementation. The most challenging thing here was data; the company did not have its business vocabularies, like customers and products list, region etc. All this data was stored in unstructured form: excel files, accountant programs, parep documents, etc.. So I had to create web application for storing primary data and in Mysql database. Despite that, the workflow (UI and Business logic) used in Intalio BPMS.

Project: Marketing CMS The aim of this project is to create standards in developing media sources such as landing page, email, funnels and to provide single point configuration and support management system for marketing team every day routine. I am taking part in this project as project owner and a lead developer. Project: Marketing and PCC campaign development and support. When I joined the project, I inherited an existing code base. And I had to get involved into development process with a good ETA of my work while there was no documentation. My role is to fulfill all marketing team requests according to improving existing and creating new media sources. The challenging part here is that the workload is very high and u still need improve the core libraries and maintain compatibility. Project: traffic distribution system For company affiliate program there were a need of the redistribution of the traffic depending on geo ip, cookies, and different request parameters. I created in pure html5 admin panel where users can define different rules from a predefined rules language and the engine which is distributing the traffic depending on the rules setup.

Project: lecturer for Intalio BPMS training sessions As I was familiar with Intalio software and marketing team they offered me take part in a competition to become a consultant for Russian speaking clients. I succeeded with the qualification. The basic training session consists of the 4-day onsite work, divided into theoretical and practical parts. The groups of 4 to 8 attendees were getting familiar with Business Process management and Service Oriented architecture concepts in general and Intalio BPM suite in particular. I was a trainer for both Russian and English speaking groups. I was the architect of the system, the key concept of the system was that we maintain to data stores, one for primary storing and support of the consistency and flexibility for storing various data structures and the second one for distributing data to consumers. This approach helped us to create a system with for storing any data structures in the rdbms with good response on the high load.

Priorbank JSC is one of the biggest commercial bank in Belarus Project: Internet Banking System. This was my first project that gave me the opportunity to learn configuration and support of the enterprise-level systems. I was fortunate to be part of the team, which was the first in the country to introduce a system of Internet banking. In terms of my responsibilities included development of all user interfaces. Technologies used on the project were Spring Framework 2.5, Oracle 10g, JSPs, Html, CSS, JS.
