I participated as part of a working group in three projects of automation purchase processes, responsibilities included: -Initiation of improvements and their testing; -Setting up contractors; -Writing instructions for working with new functionality; -Training colleagues. Main functionality: -Registration and sending orders; -Cheking, processing and loading confirmations and invoices; -Working with claims (quantity and quality); -Control of suppliers' backorders; -Training new employees.
