Main responsibilities 1. Manage and support of the large testing and developing middleware environments including Database Servers , Application Servers and Message Queuing: * Up to 1600 Database Servers (Oracle, MSSQL). ; * Up to 1000 Application Servers and ESB (IBM Websphere AS, MQ). ; * Support 60+ testing environments, including unit, integration and load performance test sites. ; * Execution of 500+ service tickets per month. Creating the strategies of developing of database and middleware support unit. Planning, setting up and execution control of tasks for optimization of server resources. Planning, setting up and execution control of tasks for automation of middleware administration operation tasks. Manage database infrastructure projects and activities: * Migration the test infrastructures from Sberbank responsibilities to test and dev sites. ; * Data masking. IT assets management, planning of growth, developing, support , monitoring and audit of middleware infrastructure according current and future business needs. 2. Manage support engineers teams. * hiring and manage of local team of engineers (up to 11) . ; * hiring and manage of remote team of engineers (up to 12 on 5 sites). ; * performance reviews, education, developing of stuff. ; * setting up next quarter goals and implementing plans for their successful achievements. ; * control of motivation and engagement of team members. ;

Manage and developing the Service to provide admin support of testing and developing infrastructures including Virtual Platform/OS/Database & Middleware components support (HP Service Desk). * Analyze business needs (Test and Dev teams) * Creating and manage service catalog. * Creating SLA/OLA. * Monitoring for performance of service. ; * Optimization and problem solving of service. ; * Reporting performance to higher level of management. 3. Manage support engineers teams. * take part in hiring and manage of local team of engineers (up to 6) . * Take part in hiring and manage of remote team of engineers (up to 4). * performance reviews, education, developing. ; * setting up next quarter goals and implementing plans for their successful achievements. ;

Main responsibilities: 24/7 maintenance of the Production and Auxiliary Oracle Database environments. Support and managing over 40 Oracle Database servers (v9.2-11.2, RAC and single instances) , over 1500 Oracle users. Managing Databases servers hosted on HP-UX, Solaris, Linux, Windows platforms on various hardware stuff. Designing, installing, upgrading, patching, tuning, monitoring and troubleshooting databases with large amounts of data. Capacity planning, sql analysis, schema revisions, security administration and user account maintenance. Tuning for performance and optimizing system resources. Planning and implementing Backup and Disaster Recovery strategies for the database systems. Performing cross-platform and version database migration, oracle-oracle and heterogeneous replication. Interacting with oracle support. Consulting and training on-site company development teams.

Main responsibilities: Software development, database design, Oracle Database technologies consulting. Creating and developing client/server and server-side applications for automobile industry. Performing logical and physical design of the database. Developing UI forms and reports, server-side stored procedures. Optimization and fine-tuning of application queries. Documenting and code reviews.
