RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Preparation of RFI & RFP (communication with customers, evaluation of project scope, estimate effort and cost of project)
• Coordination of project/team activities(planning, establishing budget and schedule, creating detailed WBS and allocating resources, leading distributed teams, monitoring plan execution, establishing risk management and solving problems, delivering results and reports to customer)
• Design and analyze requirements (creation of documentation and templates/formats of documents)
• Products/projects development and provide architecture solutions for implementation (as well as establishing processes and methodologies of development, defining project metrics and KPI)
• Establishment of Continuous Integration for project, and delivery products/services to customers
• Support of delivered products (including on-site support, definition and implementation of SLA)
ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Improved technical skills that allowed to take participation in solving issues of ill projects within extreme team/gurus (as high-performed expert)
• Became the first candidate to new solution architect position in EPAM (Minsk) and got it in 2010
• Created and read regularly two courses for developers (“JMS/ESB” and “Enterprise Architecture”) to coach of EPAM mentee/employees
