ECCHO (Electronic Check Clearing House Organization) is a Texas based non-profit organization owned and operated by banks to promote check processing and payment technology and standards. ECCHO is a mutual benefit, national clearinghouse that is 100 percent owned by its member institutions. Any depository financial institution, regardless of size, is eligible for membership in ECCHO. The goal of the project was to replace an old system with a new application. I was responsible for data migration and creation of documentation for data mapping. The challenge of this project was in lack of information and scant knowledge base of the old system.
