I have developed projects, which are connected with the automated processing and analysis of medical images, 3D modeling of computed tomographic scans and their postprocessing. My main completed projects are: 1. The Eagle Vision module (helps ophthalmologists to carry out retinal image segmentation to define vessels, measure its features and observe changes over time. (We have used C++, Qt 5 and OpenCV). 2. The JawSnitch project. The app is designed for different measurements of jaw parameters and their analysis. (We have used C++, Qt, QtScript, MySQL, VTK). I continue working on my master graduate project now (BrainSnitch). This research work is focused on development of a software module for automated brain lesions processing on magnetic resonance (MR) images. The module allows loading and visualizing MR images as 3D model and 2D slices: sagittal, coronal and axial projections. After that user can carry out segmentation of brain lesions. Then the developed software module builds a model of selected brain lesions. It allows the user to analyze different characteristics of lesions. Module contains different tools for measurements such as segments, angles, area, intensity measure tools.
