We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive our company’s growth, attract new clients and projects, and implement strategic initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
-
Develop and execute a sales strategy for IT services and consulting in international markets, primarily targeting USA, BeNeLux, UK & Ireland, Scandinavia, and the Baltics.

Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective clients, focusing on long-term partnerships.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and account expansion.

Guide prospects through the sales cycle, from qualification to contract signing, including preparing compelling commercial and pricing proposals.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging industry trends.

Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, marketing, and presales) to align business development efforts with company goals.

Establish a predictable and scalable sales process, leveraging CRM tools and data analytics.

Represent company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
What We Expect From You

Proven experience (3+ years) in sales or business development within the IT services or software development industry.

Advanced English (C1 or higher); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Deep understanding of IT project methodologies and software development processes.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and while collaborating with teams.

Ability to handle multiple communication streams, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel for business meetings and industry events.
