Mindtech | Neo Group team is on the lookout for a VIP Account Manager to join our VIP Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with VIP customers, ensuring exceptional service and support.
  • Proactively engage with VIP customers to understand their needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Provide tailored recommendations and personalized offers to VIP customers to maximize their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the main point of contact for VIP customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may face.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver VIP experiences, including event invitations, special promotions, and bespoke rewards.
  • Monitor and analyze VIP customer activity and behavior to identify opportunities for engagement and retention.
  • Work closely with the VIP team to develop and execute strategies for VIP customer acquisition and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in VIP account management.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Russian and a good command of English.
  • Previous experience in VIP account management.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
