VIP Account Manager

Your future tasks:

• Main point of contact for VIP clients (English);
• Retention and reactivation of VIP clients in different projects;
• Monitor clients performance and ensure that bonuses are offered in line with business & regulatory requirements;
• Implement targeted campaigns aimed at increasing the lifetime value of loyalty clients;
• Plan and implement customer journeys across specific products for all loyalty clients across multiple brands and countries;
• Support VIP clients across multiple brands via chat, phone and email and provide professional, friendly support at all times by ensuring that our clients are our number one priority.

What we're looking for in our future manager:

• Working knowledge of English (В2+)!;
• Aspiration to help and problem-solving attitude;
• Engagement in work process and proactivity;
• Prior experience working as a VIP manager will be a plus.
