Proficient in Tems Discovery, Actix Analyzer, MapInfo, Nemo Analyzer, NQDI and Tems Investigation tools.
Create DT Report Automation by using scripting tools
Coverage and Footprint Optimization by using DT log files
Data Throughput Troubleshooting and Optimization by using DT log files
CSFB, Call Setup Time, MOS analysis by using DT log files
Bad event analysis by using DT log files
VoLTE, SIP analysis by using DT log files
5G/NR DT report preparation experience is a plus
Strong knowledge about 2G,3G and LTE technologies.
Investigate drive test logs for initial tuning, optimization and troubleshooting (analyze call flow and layer3 messages)
Tuning of basic LTE/UMTS/GSM Radio network parameters
Understand of PCI/RSI/PSC/BCCH Planning, Mobility, Power Control parameters
End-user / customer problem investigation
Prepare DT reports in high Quality
Understanding of radio network alarms and their effects
Understanding of LTE/3G/2G key performance indicators (KPIs) for both OSS and Drive Test
Perform KPI Trend Analysis and determine performance deviations
Worst Cell Identification and Root Cause Analysis
Knowledge on antenna parameters, propagation
Focusing on user perceived quality (not only KPIs)
Connect to vendor OSS to make health check of a problematic site

Required Qualifications:

Diploma from Engineering Departments relevant to Mobile Telecommunications
Min 5 years DT analysis&reporting experience (LTE /3G/GSM)
Min 2 years (recent) working knowledge and experience in LTE/3G DT analysis
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Must have an excellent customer relationship with both verbal and written communication skills
Enthusiastic team player, needs to communicate with customer daily.
Self-motivated and customer centric.
Must be willing to learn (company working on new Technologies, vendor specific Optimization tasks).
Project handling experience with tight deadlines will be preferred
