System administrator L1

Our IT Department is looking for a System Administrator to join the LexerX Team!

What we’re looking for:

• 1+ years of experience in network administration of 100 workplaces and IT infrastructure support;
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and MacOS administration and management;
• Experience in configuring various network devices;
• In-depth understanding of network protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP;
• Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex system issues;
• Experience in procuring IT equipment and software licenses.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with virtualization technologies or cloud platforms;
• Relevant education in IT;
• English at an intermediate level or higher will be a plus.

What you’ll be doing:

• Maintenance and support of IT infrastructure in the local and remote offices;
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues;
• Offline and online employee support;
• Purchase and accounting of IT equipment and software licenses;
• Interaction with contractors, service centers, suppliers;
• Preparation of workplaces for employees, providing the necessary equipment.
