In this position, you will be in charge of driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic partnership development.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Take ownership of the account portfolio and be responsible for the partnership, problem-solving, deliverables, and financials;

Map out the account development plan and long-term strategy based on analysis and complete understanding of our clients and the market trends;

Increase the amount of revenue within the account portfolio, harness the full potential to drive sales of Innowise's comprehensive services;

Work closely with our Resource Management, Development, Project Management, and Delivery Management departments to ensure the ongoing services are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification;

Lead sales and pre-sales activities: examine potential opportunities, coordinate required specialists to prepare relevant estimations or proposals, answer to RFPs, make proposals and presentations, create and nurture relationships with key and potential clients, and support the closing of new deals;

Prepare proposals and make successful conversations with C-level executives and decision makers to foster digital innovations and business transformation;

Establish and execute plans to reach the desired outcomes both for the account and Innowise;

Monitor the work of development teams to deal with any issues in a timely manner;

Take responsibility for detecting, preventing and addressing engagement risks early;

Create long-term value for accounts by bringing unique solutions that tackle business problems, provide a high level of user experience, improve efficiency and set their business apart from others;

Analyze current customer accounts to ascertain potential for new growth opportunities through design and development of new digital products or enhancing existing solutions with cutting-edge technologies;

Create and grow long-term, multi million-dollar accounts via partnership with other IT-related businesses (IT consultancies, cloud providers, IT staff recruitment companies, etc.) or individuals (consultants, partners, advisors, etc.);

Emphasize and catch new selling opportunities, work on strategies to increase conversion rates, organize and engage other specialists to implement strategies;

Lead and oversee the development of client proposals, statements of work, contracts, reports of completion, etc.;

Handle account performance, plan and track results, manage forecast reporting;

Ensure accurate revenue predictions and timely updates in an internal CRM and reporting tools of Innowise;

Ensure that the company’s revenue and profit targets are met, propose and take countermeasures if the plan is not fulfilled;

Act in line with overall goals and objectives of Innowise.
REQUIREMENTS

At least 3 years of account management experience;
-
Deep knowledge of the IT market;
-
Commercial negotiation experience, strong communication and presentation skills;

Competency in effective communication and collaboration with C-level stakeholders to analyze technology trends and possibilities in the realm of digital transformation;

Ability to both strategize at a higher level and deeply understand details and peculiarities of the account’s business to bring value to clients and make meaningful contributions to the teams;

Good problem-solving and creative-thinking skills;
-
Proven expertise in managing and tracking performance metrics for multiple accounts;

Solid planning, organizational and management skills are essential;
-
Self-driven, proficient in multitasking, committed to meeting deadlines, with the capacity to work in fast changing environments and find quick solutions;

Ability and willingness to travel as required;

Bachelor's degree or higher, MBA or equivalent experience in IT business preferred;

Experience in managing accounts in the following areas will be a plus: Technology, Engineering, FinTech, Banking, Investment, MedTech, eCommerce, Manufacturing, Data Management & Analysis, Business Intelligence, IT consulting.
