Currently, we are seeking experienced legal professionals to join our legal department in a Senior Legal Counsel role. You will report directly to our COO and collaborate closely with the leadership team, including Sales, HR, Administration, Operations, and IT. Your goal is to provide comprehensive legal guidance and support the business in its growth and success.

What We Are Looking for in a Candidate:
- A higher legal education (preferably from BSU: Faculty of Law or Faculty of International Relations).
- 5+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in IT.
- B2+ English proficiency (negotiation skills are a significant advantage).
- Extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IT contracts, including software development, agency, and contractor agreements.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate law, intellectual property, data protection, and tax law is a plus.
- Strong understanding of labor and civil law in Belarus and other jurisdictions.
- Experience in working with government authorities (HTP, NPDCP, tax authorities, executive committees).
- Familiarity with key aspects of English law (e.g., indemnity, warranty, waiver of rights).
- Excellent analytical, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
- A proactive attitude with great interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic legal advice across various company operations.
- Serve as a business partner, advising on the legal implications and risks of strategic initiatives and new projects.
- Draft, review, and negotiate diverse types of contracts (service, contractor, supply, lease, sponsorship, and more) with both local and global counterparts.
- Negotiate and manage software development, licensing, exclusive rights, confidentiality, and non-compete agreements in both Russian and English.
- Represent the company in communications with authorities, external parties, and local legal providers.
- Prepare documents for board meetings, including translations (if needed).
- Update and maintain internal legal documents and policies.
- Support the registration of new entities, corporate transactions, and ensure compliance with HTP requirements.
- Advise on labor law, and draft employment contracts, additional agreements, job descriptions, and other HR-related documents.
