CLARITY subscription management solutions enable smooth transition to outcome-based subscription sales allowing leading enterprise brands to gain a competitive advantage and grow recurring revenues with new business models, new products, and new services.

We are looking for ​​​​​​​Enterprise Sales Executive​​​​​​​​​​​​​​.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven Work Experience in Enterprise Sales, at least 3+ years;
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or IT-related discipline;
  • Exceptional sales fundamental skills including needs diagnosis, storytelling, objection handling, negotiation skills, answering difficult questions, and navigating the process to close business;
  • Superior presentation and communication skills;
  • Good organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks;
  • Fluent English both: written and spoken. German, French and Russian languages would be considered as advantage.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software system sales, such as SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce or Oracle.
  • Knowledge of ISP systems and AI capabilities.
  • Knowledge of all phases of project lifecycle, including scoping, planning, prioritization, testing, and defect resolution)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve individual revenue goals.
  • Manage relationships with clients, prospects, partners to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Present solutions to clients and negotiate contracts to close sales.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain sales performance metrics and dashboards to monitor and evaluate sales performance.
  • Participate in business meetings and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Participate in recruiting and training of new sales team members.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Sales Department.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasting and budgeting models.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
