At the moment we are looking for a Back Office manager to join us.
About the Role:
Back Office manager provides administrative and managerial support for the staff working in the front office of a company. Back office is working behind the scenes without interacting with clients to ensure the smooth running of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Purchase/maintenance of web server accounts, domains, ssl certificates;
- Filling in KYC/AML forms in accordance with legal regulations in the field of AML;
- Communication on the application of legal norms when concluding contracts with foreign contractors (EU countries, UK, Africa);
- Corporate bank accounts opening;
- Preparation of documents, document translation;
- Travel support for company's management (avia, hotels, accomodation bookings, visa support).
What we expect from a candidate:
- Fluent English (Upper intermediate B2 and hire);
- Experience in international law and accounting is a plus;
- Previous experience at the similar position;
- Ability to work in multitasking area;
- Good communication skills;
- Responsible person.
