We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic lead generation initiatives to drive business growth. As the Sales Development Representative you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential customers, nurturing leads, and collaborating with various teams to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads.

Skills and Qualities Needed:

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B lead generation for German/English speaking markets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for lead generation aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Solid knowledge of automation tools for email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Experience in building lead lists for lead generation hypothesis.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of knowledge of internal organization working and Information technology trends.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to organize and streamline lead generation process.
  • Understanding of key lead generation metrics.
  • English – B2.

As a plus:

  • Knowledge of HubSpot CRM.
  • German - B2.
  • Existing base of prospects in LinkedIn.
  • Experience in conducting meetings with clients, negotiation skills.
  • Experience in creating sales presentations.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Develop and launch lead generation outreach campaigns.
  • Writing chains of emails and messages that will lead to discovery meetings.
  • Handling answers from prospects, working with objections.
  • Arranging discovery meeting for sales representatives.
  • Analyze outreach results and improve key metrics.
