Senior Frontend Developer

Specific-Group Software Solutions is an international software development company, delivering custom software solutions for enterprise clients in Europe. Our development centers are located in Austria, Germany, Belarus, Lithuania, Poland and Spain. Our primary focus & areas of expertise is financial domain. We deliver our solutions according to the latest technical standards for different industries and sectors, using new technologies and modern approaches.

Currently, we are planning to open a Senior Frontend Developer position for one of our projects. The project allows collecting performance information from different sources and save it in the central place. A client of the project is able to view graphs, produce reports, perform analysis to get the clear picture of the complete IT infrastructure landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Proactive participation in requirement analysis, solution design and implementation phases of project lifecycle;

• Implementation of new functionality, design of new modules, libraries and components, integration with existing functionalities and products;

• Prioritize, assign and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle;

• Ongoing performance optimization, code refactoring, code review;

• Direct communication with stakeholders and technical experts on customer side;

• Proven experience and ability to estimate work.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Frontend Development;

• Perfect knowledge in TypeScript / JavaScript / HTML5 / CSS;

• Experience in Bootstrap, SPA, AngularJS, Angular, RGraph, D3 is a must;

• Experience with Time-series data storages, Node.js is a big plus;

• Communication - able to moderate discussions, drive decisions, motivate colleagues to achieve results with and without PM;

• Experience participating in the full lifecycle of projects, including version control, build management, unit testing, and issue tracking software;

• Strong experience with package management tools like WebPack, npm, others, experience in creation of Frontend Application build pipelines;

• Strong understanding of REST API concept, experience with OpenAPI/Swagger;

• Understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and design patterns;

• Experience with Docker, Podman is a big plus;

• Experience in communication with backend team;

• Ability to collect, document and estimate technical requirements;

• Experience in solution design creation;

• Strong experience with development test automation: unit-, integration-, system-, functional-, non-functional- and other testing;

• Drive to results - solution-oriented mindset, eager to knowledge, responsibility ownership;

• Outstanding problem-solving skills;

• Adaptability and ability to work in a cross-functional distributed team;

• Proactive position is a ‘must-have’;

• English level - intermediate+ and higher.
