Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to manage the distribution system in the region for the brand. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing a tactical sales model for partners, implementing effective sales tools in different channels, and working with related departments to ensure the implementation of the company's strategy in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

· Sales Management: achievement of established plans and company goals in the market, increase brand sales in different channels, growth of brand market shares in different areas, sales execution using sales techniques, presentations and negotiations with top executives;

· Product marketing: maintaining and developing strategic partnerships, assortment management in different channels (product listing, analysis, rotation); building a pricing model of the market position; implement product roadmap based on business objectives, unit economics; promotion of presentations on new brand products;

· Marketing: participation and implementation of effective trade-marketing actions aimed at increasing and developing sales at partners and in the market as a whole, planning, implementation and control of promotional actions, evaluation of their effectiveness;

· Monitoring and Reporting: Control of the company's brand price policy in the market, tracking competitors' activities. Reporting.

· Stakeholder Collaboration: working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and marketing management, to align the sales management system with the company's business objectives.

· Compliance and Standards: еnsure that all business processes within the sales department comply with company policy and regional regulations.

Qualifications:

Education: Higher education in marketing, business, economics or related fields.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development or client management in a multinational company and electronic sphere.

Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. relationship building skills Proactive and critical thinking, initiative in finding solutions for clients; Skills to properly prioritise work. Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage regional differences. Fluency in Russian and English; additional languages is a plus.
