Keydev is on the lookout for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Engineering Team.

Provide technical support to the AppSupport team

Participate in solving issues related to services within the area of responsibility

Improve monitoring and logging systems
-
Collaborate with DevOps, administrators, SRE, and developers in the interest of the AppSupport team
-
Prepare documentation and participate in the team’s daily operations
-
Advanced Linux user (knowledge of basic commands)
-
Experience with Git
-
Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins)
-
Proficient in using diagnostic tools in Linux
-
Understanding of networking principles and protocols
-
Experience with Docker
-
Ability to write readable scripts in Bash, Python
-
Understanding of information security principles
-
Understanding of database principles
-
Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
-
Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Zabbix, Victoria Metrics, Grafana)
-
Experience with logging tools (ELK/OpenSearch, Logstash+Loki stack)
-
Understanding the importance of metrics, logs, alerts
-
Understanding of orchestrators (Kubernetes, Rancher)
-
Understanding of reliability principles, incident management, IaaC, GitOps, human factors, SL*, the importance of separating configuration from code, the necessity of testing changes, and more
It will be a plus if you have:

Previous L2-L3 experience

Previous experience working in a 24/7 shift schedule
