Dispatch tracking team manager

1. Job Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years in dispatching, tracking, or logistics (preferred but not required)
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using dispatch/tracking software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends as needed
• Language: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

2. Responsibilities

• Monitor and track shipments in real-time, ensuring on-time deliveries
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers to update shipment status
• Handle delays, route changes, and troubleshoot any delivery issues
• Maintain accurate records and update dispatch systems
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
• Assist with scheduling and dispatching loads when required
