As our Technical Writer, you’ll play a crucial role in our Customer Education motion, ensuring our users have the resources they need to succeed. Your priority? Create high-quality help guides and knowledge base articles that make our platform easy to understand and navigate — no jargon, no confusion. This can be a part-time or project-based position, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible work environment. Responsibilities:

  • Platform Documentation Development - Help Center / Knowledge Base Content: Write step-by-step tutorials and how-to articles that guide users through various platform features, FAQs, best practices.

  • Visual Documentation: Create supporting materials such as screenshots, annotated images, GIFs, and short video clips to enhance written content and improve user comprehension..

  • Knowledge Base Management: Organize and structure documentation within our Help Center so content is easy to find and stays up-to-date with product enhancements. Maintain and update our product documentation ensuring accuracy and consistency.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to gather information, refine documentation, and ensure alignment with product objectives.

  • Feedback Loop & Optimization: Gather user feedback, track documentation usage metrics (e.g., page views, support ticket trends) and continuously improve content for maximum clarity and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in technical writing, ideally for B2B SaaS products (a plus).

  • Strong writing and editing skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Documentation Tools: Familiarity with knowledge base platforms, markdown editors, or help authoring tools.

  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to grasp software concepts quickly and explain them in user-friendly language.

  • Visual Content Creation: Experience capturing and editing screenshots, GIFs, and video tutorials using tools like Snagit, Loom, Camtasia, or Figma.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in proofreading, formatting, and ensuring consistency across documentation.

  • English Proficiency at B2 level or above, with the ability to translate complex tech details into plain language.

  • Customer Education Mindset: Passionate about creating content that supports customer onboarding, adoption, and success.

  • Team Player: Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to source information and maintain documentation accuracy.
