Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to improve the visibility and ranking of our website in search engine results pages (SERPs).
• Conduct thorough keyword research in line with our business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices, including optimizing titles, meta descriptions, headers, and images to improve page performance.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush, and report on key metrics to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure that all digital content is SEO-friendly and aligned with our company’s goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search algorithm updates, and industry best practices to keep ahead of competitors.
• Manage off-page SEO strategies, including link-building and influencer outreach, to enhance our site's authority and online presence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, preferably within the IT or software development industry.
• Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking strategies, and best practices in SEO.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) and web analytics.
• Excellent analytical skills, with a knack for identifying trends and insights from complex data sets.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations.
• English B2 +
