The project focuses on digital transformation in the UAE to develop and support digital solutions, enhance social services, strengthen public engagement, advance international relations, and optimize administrative processes.

Responsibilities:

Defining and designing the overall system architecture.
Evaluating and recommending technologies, frameworks, and tools for the project.
Assessing technical feasibility and potential risks, providing mitigation strategies.
Developing high-level architectural diagrams and documentation.
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
Ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability in the proposed architecture.
Establishing best practices for coding, testing, and deployment processes.
Supporting the development team with architectural decisions and technical guidance.
Defining integration strategies for APIs, third-party services, and data flows.
Planning infrastructure and cloud architecture for optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
Aligning architecture with business goals.
Providing recommendations for CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Participating in discussions regarding the MVP scope and future scalability.
Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Continuously evaluating and refining the architecture based on new insights during the discovery phase.

Must-have:

Experience as a Solution Architect for 3+ years.
Experience in solution design and architecture with a focus on scalability, security, and maintainability.
Experience in technology evaluation and recommendation based on business needs.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Understanding of microservices and monolithic architectures and their trade-offs.
Experience with API design and integration using REST, GraphQL, gRPC, and event-driven approaches.
Understanding of database design, data modeling, and experience with SQL and NoSQL solutions.
Knowledge of security best practices, authentication, and authorization (OAuth, JWT).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible), and deployment strategies.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Risk assessment and mitigation planning skills for technical challenges.
Problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complexity.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Adaptability to adjust architectural choices based on evolving project insights.
Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
