SaM Solutions invites applications for a Business Analyst (e-commerce/web) to join a planned European project.
Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements from stakeholders.

Develop project documentation: technical requirements, user stories, use cases.
-
Design business processes and functionalities using UML and BPMN.
-
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and customers.
-
Participate in the integration of eCommerce platforms with external systems.
Requirements:
-
2+ years of experience as a System or Business Analyst.
-
Hands-on experience in eCommerce projects on platforms such as: SAP Commerce Cloud; Shopify; Magento; Salesforce Commerce Cloud; WordPress (WooCommerce); Bitrix24.

Proficiency in UML and BPMN.

Experience in writing technical documentation (SRS, user stories, use cases).
Nice to Have:

Experience with shopping cart and checkout processes.

Understanding of system integration principles.

Familiarity with JSON, XML, SQL.
