Business Analyst/System Analyst (e-commerce)

SaM Solutions invites applications for a Business Analyst (e-commerce/web) to join a planned European project.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements from stakeholders.

• Develop project documentation: technical requirements, user stories, use cases.

• Design business processes and functionalities using UML and BPMN.

• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and customers.

• Participate in the integration of eCommerce platforms with external systems.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a System or Business Analyst.

• Hands-on experience in eCommerce projects on platforms such as: SAP Commerce Cloud; Shopify; Magento; Salesforce Commerce Cloud; WordPress (WooCommerce); Bitrix24.

• Proficiency in UML and BPMN.

• Experience in writing technical documentation (SRS, user stories, use cases).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with shopping cart and checkout processes.

• Understanding of system integration principles.

• Familiarity with JSON, XML, SQL.
