Talent Sourcer / IT Researcher

On The Spot Development is a service company with offices in Minsk and Warsaw, founded in 2016, we specialize in developing server solutions for gaming, cyber security, e-commerce, marketing services, and mobile game development.

Our clients are technology startups from Israel and the United Kingdom in the active growth stage and with substantial funding. We serve as a technological hub for our clients and build dedicated development teams from scratch.

We are looking for an active, initiative colleague who can find the best talents.

Requirements:

• experience as IT sourcer/researcher for at least half a year;

• experience in using different search channels and tools;

• english level at least B1;

• general understanding of IT sphere (programming languages/processes, etc);

• willingness to perform monotonous, same-type tasks for a long time;

• excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• active sourcing of candidates using various search channels and tools (LinkedIn, X-Ray, Boolean Search, Telegram, Github, etc.);
• analysis of candidates’ profiles/CVs based on the requirements for the vacancy;
• creating and posting job advertisings in TG channels, LinkedIn pages;
• close cooperation with the recruiters;
• initial communication (written) with candidates and interview scheduling;
• maintaining and developing the existing candidate base (Huntflow);
• reporting.

The position requires the completion of a test task.
