Middle Business Analyst

We are looking for a Middle Business Analyst to join our company.

What we expect from a Business Analyst:

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis in software engineering.
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English; ability to communicate with native English speakers,
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge and experience of applying the following notations for documenting requirements: UML, BPMN, Data Flow diagrams.
• Knowledge and experience in producing all major types of artifacts with the requirements (Vision and Scope document, Mockups and UI prototypes, Non-functional requirements specification)
• Deep expertise in at least one domain, with a proven track record of delivering solutions.

What a Business Analyst will do:

• Collaborate with customers to understand desired business outcomes.
• Ensure traceability between business objectives and engineering deliverables.
• Oversee all aspects of requirements processes, from elicitation to implementation support.
• Conduct voice calls with native English-speaking clients to elicit requirements, brainstorm ideas, and present deliverables.
