We are searching for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales department. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market share. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs!

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team

Strategically source and acquire B2B clients from the US, Canada, and Europe

Qualify leads and convert prospects into long-term business partnerships

Build and continuously optimize the sales funnel for maximum efficiency

Craft tailored commercial proposals that address specific client needs

Analyze client requirements and adapt solutions to meet their business objectives

Manage the complete sales cycle from initial lead generation to deal closure

Develop and scale new sales channels to expand market reach

Monitor team performance metrics and implement improvements

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback

Establish sales processes, methodologies, and best practices

Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align business objectives

Report on sales performance to executive leadership

Utilize HubSpot CRM for daily sales operations and tracking

Proven 3+ experience in sales management or leadership roles in the IT / software development field

Demonstrated success in lead qualification and closing significant deals

Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher)

Experience conducting complex negotiations with key decision-makers

Prior experience managing and developing sales teams
