The international company SoftTeco is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join the team. SoftTeco is an outsourcing partner in software development for companies in 16 countries around the world: Western Europe, Great Britain, Israel, USA and Canada.
Our vacancy is also suitable for 3rd and 4th-year students and university graduates.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and sourcing potential clients through professional and social networks (LinkedIn, Xing), websites, and other platforms;
- Managing client profiles and conducting initial qualification;
- Daily initial interaction with potential clients from the USA (primary market), Canada, Europe, and the Middle East (via emails, messages, cold calling, and other outreach methods);
- Preliminary analysis of client requirements and organizing initial calls with Sales Managers;
- Conducting market research and maintaining prospect databases;
- Collaborating with the Sales Manager in later sales stages.
Technical skills:
- Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher;
- Basic understanding of the IT services market;
- Basic knowledge of the client acquisition process.
Would be a plus:
- Second foreign language proficiency;
- Presence of a LinkedIn profile with a network of contacts;
- Over a year of experience in lead generation;
- Experience living and working abroad.
Non-technical skills:
- Clear and effective communication (both oral and written);
- Ability to handle objections, listen attentively, and ask insightful questions to identify client needs;
- Strong understanding of business etiquette;
- Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and ambition;
- Ability to tolerate monotonous tasks, strong work ethic, and resilience under stress;
- Proactivity and a focus on achieving results;
- Strong desire for growth in sales.
Work schedule:
- Work format: office or hybrid;
- Full-time position;
- Working hours: Monday to Friday. Flexibility to work a shifted schedule, with a start time between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
