Technical Expert/Support

HYPERVSN is considering adding a Technical Expert position at our Minsk office soon.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide 24/7 technical support to HYPERVSN customers and partners regarding our products.
• Establish initial contact and offer support through Skype, email (ticket system), LiveChat, and remote connections to customer systems.
• Diagnose and resolve customer inquiries, providing technical solutions or escalating issues to the appropriate specialist.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base by documenting case notes, correspondence, solutions, and other relevant information.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in English, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers, including both native and non-native speakers.
• Advanced proficiency with PCs.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules.
• Previous experience in technical support or related fields is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and via email, to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
