What am I going to do?
- This is a - to be the lead UX of our company and work directly with our 3 Product Managers
-Thorough product design process - from UX to UI, including multiple solutions to complex and challenging product tasks and deep understanding of the problem you need to solve
-Partner with engineers and product managers to oversee that the user experience is simple, straightforward, and elegant
-Work closely with the design and the product team to maintain a high level of deliveries both on the UX and the UI side
-Create wireframes, prototypes and user flows
-Contribute to design system maintenance and documentation
-Conduct user research and testing to refine designs
-Ensure consistency across all product touchpoints
-Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Requirements
5+ years of Product Design experience in B2B or B2C SaaS
Ability to work fast and produce multiple solutions
Strong portfolio of Product Design
Proficiency in Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Suite applications
Excellent communication skills
Self-taught, curious, fast learner, fast to respond
Fluent in English, Russian an advantage
