Banuba is looking for Business Development/Sales Manager (Outbound) , experienced in IT B2B Product company (3+) to strengthen the team.
Work functions:
- Achieve monthly sales goals by building a robust pipeline;

Negotiate terms and agreements with clients/ partners to secure mutually beneficial deals;
- Prepare commercial offers and presentations for potential clients;
- Attend exhibitions/meetings abroad to represent Banuba and its products;
- Find new partnerships and grow existing partners, as a part of company's partnership program;
- Collaborate with technical support department and product teams to understand and address customer requirements;
- Conduct market research to identify the market potential and trends;
- Analyze competitors and market conditions.
What we expect from you:
- 3+ years experience as a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager of IT / technical B2B products;
- Have a proven track record of successful sales for IT / technical products;
- Understand Outbound tactics that result in successful meeting conversions;
- Ability to align technology solutions to complex, multi-stakeholder business problems and utilize strategic thinking skills to solve customer problems;
- Strong ability to demonstrate value proposition and return on investment in complex environments to a wide variety of technical and/or executive audiences;
- Proficient mastery of CRM systems;
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
- Fluent English (the main working language to be used for communication both inside the company and with customers);
- BS/BA degree required.
