Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify, research, and qualify potential clients using various online tools and platforms.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update client databases with accurate and relevant information.
- Outreach: Initiate contact with potential leads via email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Analysis: Monitor and analyze lead generation performance metrics, providing regular reports to the team.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, Business Development Representative, or similar role in the IT industry.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently and meet KPI.
