Requirements:
- Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English;
- At least 6 months of experience in IT-recruitment;
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter;
- Understanding of technical skills, technologies, and terminologies;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Searching for candidates using various channels;
- Close cooperation with the entire recruitment team;
- Conducting pre-interviews with the candidates;
- Work on the candidate database;
- Keeping in touch with candidates at all stages until the employee receives a job offer.
