We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team.

Your tasks

• Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, Upwork, Telegram, etc.
• Conducting screenings and interviews.
• Communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
• Providing feedbacks.
• Working with database (Huntflow).
• Searching for partners and candidates for subcontracting opportunities.
• Constant research of the labor market and new locations for hiring.

Your experience

• Recruiting experience in both technical and administrative roles.
• Solid understanding of the IT industry.

• Experience in evaluating candidates based on job requirements.

• Proficient in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
• Active LinkedIn user with strong sourcing skills (X-ray search, Boolean search).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with people :)
