We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team.
Your tasks
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, Upwork, Telegram, etc.
- Conducting screenings and interviews.
- Communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Providing feedbacks.
- Working with database (Huntflow).
- Searching for partners and candidates for subcontracting opportunities.
- Constant research of the labor market and new locations for hiring.
Your experience
- Recruiting experience in both technical and administrative roles.
- Solid understanding of the IT industry.

Experience in evaluating candidates based on job requirements.
- Proficient in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
- Active LinkedIn user with strong sourcing skills (X-ray search, Boolean search).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with people :)
