The recruiting agency Brightman invites a smart LinkedIn Campaign Lead to become part of a strong professional team.

The customer is an international IT company specializing in software development, mobile applications, and web development for various industries. The company offers a wide range of services, including custom software development, IT consulting, project management, DevOps, support, and maintenance.

With offices in the USA, Europe, and the UK, the customer has established itself as a reliable technology partner on a global scale. The company collaborates with clients from diverse sectors such as financial services, healthcare, logistics, media and entertainment, telecommunications, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating, maintaining and optimizing LinkedIn lead generation campaigns.
  • Managing the lead generation team (recruitment, mentoring, conversion monitoring).
  • Searching for and testing new hypotheses.
  • Executing the monthly lead generation plan.
  • Managing documents and the internal CRM system.

Must-haves:

  • University degree.
  • Experience as a Lead Generation Specialist for 2+ years.
  • Understanding of marketing processes.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written communication.
  • Ability to generate fresh and bold ideas.
  • Knowledge of business etiquette, initiative, determination, and creativity.
  • Proactivity and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Tolerance to monotonous tasks, diligence, and stress resistance.
  • Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience of working in a leadership position.
  • Experience in IT and knowledge of IT trends.
