Technical Content Editor for Media and Social Networks

The recruiting agency Brightman invites a Technical Content Editor for Media and Social Networks to join the team.

The customer is an international IT company specializing in software development, mobile applications, and web development for various industries. The company offers a wide range of services, including custom software development, IT consulting, project management, DevOps, support, and maintenance.

With offices in the USA, Europe, and the UK, the customer has established itself as a reliable technology partner on a global scale. The company collaborates with clients from diverse sectors such as financial services, healthcare, logistics, media and entertainment, telecommunications, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Searching for and developing ideas, either with a creative team or independently.
• Participating in the formation of editorial policy (defining topics and directions).
• Finding speakers, preparing and conducting interviews with key figures.
• Working with the teams involved in content creation (scheduling and maintaining the broadcasting grid).
• Communicating with speakers, including finding and working with remote authors.
• Editing video and audio materials for social networks (Instagram, YouTube, Linkedin, corporate pages, etc.).

Requirements:

• Education or relevant experience in journalism or other relevant specialty (e.g., film industry).
• Experience working with audio and video content.
• Experience with and understanding of social media (Instagram, YouTube, Linkedin, etc.).
• Ability to generate and develop ideas for content.
• Ability to work in a team and develop concepts independently.
• Ability to organize a team to complete tasks.
• Understanding of how interviews are created (from finding subjects to the final product).
• Broad-mindedness.
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
