We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive sales and partnerships in the fintech sector, focusing on outsourcing services for fintech development and our innovative fintech solutions. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients such as banks, microfinance institutions, and fintech startups.
Responsibilities:

Coordinating the negotiation process in collaboration with the COO from start to result (partnership, sale, or rejection).

Identify and attract new clients for fintech outsourcing services and ready-made fintech solutions.

Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends and develop effective marketing strategies.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product and services, as well as the competitive landscape.

Weekly and monthly reporting.

Maintaining a client database in the CRM system.
Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (preferably in fintech, IT outsourcing, or SaaS)

Advanced English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Flexibility and quick adaptability: The ability to pivot quickly, initiate problem-solving, and perform various tasks throughout the workday (e.g., calls, correspondence, research, etc.).

Initiative and proactiveness: Ideal candidates can set goals, initiate new tasks, find new partners, and suggest new ways of collaboration.
