Key Responsibilities:
- Bear responsibility for the overall profitable sales of the Company products to the designated customers carrying out activities and initiatives aimed at ensuring efficient achievement of the aligned sales plans.
- Create a joint business plan for assigned customers in line with the Company's key strategies and be responsible for its implementation, monitor performance and propose adjustments on an ongoing basis.
- Collaborate with customers to create a long-term shared vision.
- Search for new opportunities for cooperation with customers through working with market data.
- Prepare and manage P&L analysis and prepare action plans to increase profitability for assigned customers.
- Carry out overall management of customer profitability (establishing and negotiating business terms, portfolio and product assortment).
- Actively develop formal and informal relationships with customers, driven by a relentless effort to achieve a balance between understanding customer needs and company sales goals.
- Collaborate with ComEx and Trade Marketing departments to improve the quality of promotional activities.
- Implement appropriate allocation of resources and investments required for the fulfilment of the aligned targets.
- Develop effective collaboration between/among internal departments (ComEx, Trade Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Legal, etc.).
- Manage changes for the better, identifying opportunities and proposing new solutions that lead to growth and process improvement.
Successful candidate - Required experience
- Experience in sales in Modern market and discounter channels
- Sales experience, min. 2-3 years as Key Account Manager or Retail Buyer, etc., (experience in FMCG sales is welcome)
- Experience with Team management
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate constructively
- What you already know: high level of negotiation skills, financial literacy, communication, presentation skills, strong analytical skills
- Proactive approach to problem solving and positive thinking
- Ability to promote ideas and proposals through logical arguments
- Ability to handle work with multiple customers at once
- Thoroughness in daily operations
- Fluency in Russian
- Min. upper intermediate level of English
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
It will be an advantage if you have experience with understanding and interpreting with Nielsen data, have experience of working with SAP system.
