What a DevOps Engineer will do:

• Design and Implement: Create maintainable infrastructural solutions that support developers' needs.
• Enhance CI/CD: Maintain and improve continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Adopt Best Practices: Work with a corporate infrastructural platform aligned with the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Integrate DevOps Practices: Promote observability, production metrics, and other DevOps methodologies within the team and the organization.
• Collaborate: Communicate with engineers to explain infrastructure solutions effectively.
• Ensure Security: Set and follow cloud security best practices.

• Optimize and Document: Maintain our technology stack, integrate new tools, and document technical and conceptual processes, including ADRs (Architectural Decision Records).

What we expect from a DevOps Engineer:

• Experienced Professional: You have 2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer and 3+ years as a DevOps Engineer. We are also open to considering experienced engineers with a strong desire to grow and develop in the DevOps field.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in AWS and Terraform.
• Monitoring and Observability: Experienced in implementing and maintaining monitoring systems.
• Pipeline Design: Skilled in designing complex CI/CD pipelines.
• Architectural Knowledge: Experienced in designing multi-account infrastructure architectures and familiar with the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• English Knowledge: Intermediate or higher proficiency in English, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Detail-Oriented: Passionate about maintaining a knowledge base and producing high-quality technical documentation.

Will be a plus:

• Familiarity with other cloud platforms.
• Experience with ADRs (Architectural Decision Records).
