We are a custom software development company proficient in mobile and web app development. We are looking for a project manager. This role involves managing remote teams, working with international clients, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the development team.

• Understand client needs, and translate them into clear technical requirements.

• Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Create detailed project plans and schedules using tools like Jira, Trello

• Assign tasks, set priorities, and track progress.

• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (if using Agile).

• Maintain all project documentation: SOWs, specs, meeting notes, and reports.

• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.

• Experience with project management tools: Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.

• Understanding of basic software development processes, APIs, databases, and cloud services.

• Knowledge of QA processes and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

• Strong written and verbal communication (especially with international clients).

• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

• Conflict resolution, active listening, and stakeholder management.
