Mobile, Roaming and Data Clearing. Our products are state of the art and are used with many GSM operators worldwide to process a daily volume of many millions of GSM voice calls and data connections. Our software allows for inter-operator data transmission, billing, accounting, reporting and BI / analytic tools.

Tasks:

• You are working in our GSM data clearing operations team and coordinate for technical issues with the development team. You handle customer care queries, answer and track the requests. You take part in implementations for new customers and are responsible for defining the data clearing flow in our roaming management system. You manage the data clearing system (monitoring, flow control), implement tariff configuration, investigate issues and handle disputes.
• After an intensive training on the job and being well integrated in the team you participate in the daily activities of leading Data Clearing House serving over 500 customers and over 100’000 of live roaming connections.

Your profile (MUST-CRITERIA):

• You are already working for some years in customer care or similar practise and have a good reputation in your team. You are a team player and speak fluent English (additional languages is a plus for our multinational and multilingual team).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Your profile (ideal):

• You are already working in our business, e.g. in roaming dept. at a GSM operator or at a GSM data clearing house. You have a very good understanding of GSM architecture and roaming management.
