Business Analyst

Setplex is looking for Business Analyst to work on own line of products for IPTV/OTT.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Stakeholders to understand business needs and goals.

• Analyze the requirements and prepare the specifications for Dev Teams.

• Support the development on all stages.

• Validate the features on related platforms before their release.

• Work with various system integrations (Payment Systems, Analytical Tools and other 3rd Party Systems).

• Collaborating with UI/UX, Dev, QA and BA Teams to create the best user experience.

Must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or advanced degree preferred.

• 2+ years in business analysis.

• Experience in multiplatform products (Admin Panel / Back Office, Mobile and Web apps).

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to address the issue directly to the point without long stories.

• Strong understanding of software development cycles and methodologies.

• Understanding the basic database structures and elements.

• Strong English.
