Now, Genesis is looking for a Sales Manager with experience in the US market who can drive our sales, acquire new clients, and build long-term partnerships.
What you'll do:

Prospect and acquire new clients in the US (B2B).

Conduct presentations and demos of our services (web development, design, Martech integrations).

Lead negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and close deals.

Handle inbound inquiries from potential clients.

Analyze the market and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.

Collaborate with the team (developers, designers, marketers) to prepare solutions tailored to client needs.
What we expect:

Proven B2B sales experience in SaaS or tech solutions.

Strong outbound sales skills and ability to generate leads.

Fluent English (C1+) – confident in pitching and negotiating.

Experience working with the U.S. market and adjusting to its business culture.

Willingness to work in a U.S.-aligned time zone for effective client interactions.

Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot).
